Change Management

Change management is a structured approach to shifting / transitioning individuals , teams and organizations from a current state to a desired future state. With the introduction of BI Tools, the 'Change' is not in the way work is done or processes are handled, but more in terms of 'How to use the BI Tool and data for their best advantage'. Rather than 'Printed Reports' they can 'View and Analyze' data. Create their own reports, yet have central requests for common shared information.

Create a CR (Change Request) system that allows people to request system changes, get them approved and see them available in hours or days. Moving away from using spreadsheets and creating presentations on their dashboards instead. Creating requests (Reports) that answer a specific question and analyzing the information further. Setting up KPI's that automatically inform rather than having to ask.

The major change is knowing that it's simple, easy to use and not being afraid of using the Tools.
